Rehoada de Matta Housing Complex
In agreement with the NGO COPRODELI, Techo Propio Program, Fondo Mi Vivienda, Complejo Agroindustrial Beta provides facilities to its employees to get their own home. 200 homes are part of the housing complex that is located in the district of Chincha Baja, in the department of Ica. It offers services such as Medical Center, Educational Institution, permanent surveillance, green areas, recreational areas and commercial stores.

Corporative volunteering
Since 2017, we have the Vamos Beta volunteer program, a learning and capacity building space for employees. Volunteers have participated in training on the development of social projects, labor rights, and clown workshops. The “More color, more smiles” project consists of improving the infrastructure of the different schools in Piura, Lambayeque, Chincha and Ica.
